We strive to provide a trusted, seamless, and rewarding experience by guiding our clients through every stage of the real estate journey—from discovery to investment, and ultimately, to living or retiring in Brazil.
Our story
Olá! We’re Oli & Kirill, the founders of Ocean Villas Brazil — a real estate investment company born out of our deep love for Brazil and a passion for international property markets.
We are both active travelers, together we have visited 120 countries, lived in 8 of them and between two of us we speak 7 languages. With backgrounds in International Business, Finance, and corporate leadership, we bring years of global experience to help our clients unlock unique opportunities in Brazil’s real estate market.
After exploring some of the most remote and beautiful places on Earth—from the peaks of Himalayas to the deserts of Namibia—Brazil stole our hearts. Brazil has breathtaking nature, vibrant and diverse culture, dreamy beaches and mostly importantly the warmest and most welcoming people.
